Basic 2 -Work in a Team Environment

This unit covers the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to work effectively as a member of a team in a workplace environment. It focuses on identifying team roles and responsibilities, establishing effective working relationships, communicating with team members, contributing to team activities, supporting team objectives, and responding appropriately to workplace issues.

Basic 3 - Solve/Address General workplace problems

This module covers the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to identify, analyze, and address general workplace problems within the limits of one's role, responsibility, authority, and competence.

It enables learners to recognize common workplace problems, gather relevant information, determine possible causes, identify appropriate solutions, communicate with concerned team members, implement authorized corrective actions, and report unresolved or serious problems to the appropriate person.
